Aspects of Intercultural Communication between Italy and Asia is mostly about how Italy, and at times more widely Europe, has reacted to some aspects of Asian culture in fields such as travel, migration, literature, and Buddhism.
Roberto Bertoni is Associate Professor at the Department of Italian, Trinity College Dublin.
He has published on several Italian topics and on intercultural East Asian/Italian themes. He edits a series of books called Quaderni di cultura, and the online journal Carte allineate.
His latest book of short stories is Altrove (Lecce, Manni, 2014).
